DURHAMGATE will be a great retail/leisure destination with a wide range of retail, food, drink and hotel facilities situated in a stunning 'leisure hub' spanning an area the size of two football pitches.

Access to the leisure hub will be through a newly created, special entrance at Thinford roundabout. A boulevard, surrounded by a number of works of public art, water features and public seating, will then stretch from the entrance to the leisure hub.

Facilities will include a convenience food store, cafés, restaurants, public house, hotel and a variety of other outlets. The national retailer Marston Inns have opened The Fox Cub, a family friendly public house . Further exciting details will be announced in the near future.
